Staff Engagement Committee (SEC)

About the Committee

The Staff Engagement Committee was created to enhance engagement and strengthen connection and trust in order to promote a culture of purpose and achievement in the Division. The SEC will elevate staff connectivity by being an effective communication conduit between staff and executive leadership, recognizing staff contributions, and providing engagement opportunities.

Membership

The committee’s voting members consist of staff representing the Division of Finance and Business Services and ex-officio members from adjacent finance groups.

The committee has one Chair and one Chair-Elect who appoint leaders to facilitate approved sub-committees.

The Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the committee’s executive sponsor. The Department of Business Practices will provide administrative support and serve as the liaison to senior leadership and other division committees. The Coordinator will act as Secretary.
