Executive Leadership Team

Mr. John W. Crawford '93 leads the Division of Finance and Business Services. He is responsible for all the provision of a broad set of customer-focused financial, analytical, budget, enrollment, and business services to the entire campus.

Mr. Jeff Burton

Mr. Shane Hinckley oversees all licensing and brand development and manages campus-wide partnerships. He maintains relationships with Marketing and Communications and Athletics to continue the management and generation of new resources within the scope of his unit. His team provide services related to the use of Texas A&M’s intellectual property across multiple units, divisions and our affiliate partners.

Mr. John McCall oversees Departmental Accounting Services, Financial Management Operations, Student Business Services, and University Accounting Services. Additionally, he serves as the chair of the Continuous Service Improvement Governance Group (CSIGG).

Ms. Annette Shenkir oversees Academic Accounting and Business Services (AABS) (previously known as Academic Affairs Business Services), Research Enterprise Business Services (REBS), and the financial functions of the Libraries.

Ms. Deborah Wright oversees the coordination of the annual operating budget; the biennial preparation of the Legislative Appropriation Request; the submission of mandated federal, state, and university system reports; and the development and oversight of the capital plan.

Ms. Mary Kalafatis oversees the Department of Business Practice’s mission is to strengthen the division by supporting career development, building process excellence and providing assessment and analysis.

Ms. Jessica Kilby oversees the financial and business services for Transportation Services; Facilities and Energy Services; Human Resources and Organizational Development; Innovation Partners; Risk, Ethics, and Compliance; Environmental Health and Safety; Technology Services (previously IT); and the University Police Department.

Dr. Brian McGinley Business Services oversees Procurement Services, including the HUB Program, Contract Administration, Logistics Services, and the AggieBuy E-Commerce team. These units strive to safeguard Texas A&M from a variety of risks and deliver seamless customer service through process transparency and efficiency focusing on value-add tasks. 

Ms. Cari Tawney oversees the financial and business services supporting the Division of Student Affairs. In addition to the administrative, auxiliary, and student service departments within Student Affairs, her team manages the Box Office and the Student Organization Finance Center.

Mr. Dean Endler Primary responsibilities include negotiation and monitoring of TAMU large scale (university-wide) contracts and serve as university liaison with the Texas A&M System Real Estate Office on administration of Texas A&M real estate matters.

Ms. Sarah Curylo serves as the executive assistant to Mr. Crawford.
