- Cost and Analysis
- Prepares cost rate proposals and analyzes financial data and maintenance of records.
- Oversees service center regulation compliance (specifically Office of Management and Budget Guidance 2 CFR 200) rate calculation methods and reporting requirements.
- Monitors service center financial position each month and reviews the need for possible rate adjustments.
- Develops and implements business processes and procedures and trains staff and TAMU service centers.
- Interprets system policies and regulations and university rules and communicates with staff to maintain financial compliance with TAMU service centers.
- Oversees, reviews, and approves complex infrastructure and shared service agreements.
