Student Affairs Finance provides the financial and business services supporting the Division of Student Affairs, the Box Office and the Student Organization Finance Center.
Consisting of several teams, our finance and business services specialists support a wide array of units and departments.
Our Teams
Student Affairs Finance - Central Office
This team supports the day-to-day financial operations, buget, strategic planning, scholarships and account management for the following departments:
- Student Community Standards
- Career Center
- Disability Resources
- Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs
- Student Affairs Planning, Assessment, and Research
- Veteran Resource & Support Center
- Music Activities
Corps of Cadets Team
The Corps of Cadets team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning, scholarships, and account management for the Corps of Cadets, ROTC departments and Uniform Distribution Center.
MSC Student Programs Office Team
This team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning and account management of the department.
Multicultural Services Team
The Multicultural Services team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning and account management of the department.
Recreational Sports Team
This team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning, scholarships and account management of the department to include 3 rec centers and Penberthy fields.
Residence Life Team
The Residence Life team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning, and account management of the department to include all of the residence halls, university apartments, and White Creek.
Student Activities Team
This team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning, and account management of the department to include sponsored programs such as Fish Camp, SGA committees and the Office of Fraternity and Greek Life.
Student Life Team
This team supports the day-to-day financial operations, budget, strategic planning, and account management of the department to include Student Assistance Services, and New Student and Family Programming.
Box Office Team
The Box Office team provides direct cash handling for student groups and ticket sales to support events held in Rudder Auditorium/Theater.
Student Organization Finance Center Team
The Student Organizations Finance Center team provides direct support for over 1200 student organizations and advisors to oversee day-to-day operations and account management for all student organization accounts. Because student org funding is considered external funding, the requirements and processes differ from University requirements and processes. Functions of this office are directly tied to rules and requirements that Student Activities implements for recognized student organizations.
