About the Collaborative Business Network
The purpose of the Collaborative Business Network (CBN) is to enhance communication and connectivity among finance and business services professionals, increase consistency of finance and business practices, allow staff an avenue to provide input and learn from each other, and offer leadership opportunities.
CBN will provide a platform to share knowledge, gather feedback, solve challenges, help develop best practices and/or review and test new processes and systems. It will serve as an effective communication bridge and as a resource for training and mentorship.
Leadership Structure
CBN will have one chair and up to four vice-chairs who will lead its sub-committees.
The Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer are the CBN’s executive sponsors. The department of business practices serves as administrator guiding CBN and serving as the bridge to senior leadership and other division committees. The department of business practices will also act as the secretary.
