Welcome to the Division of Business and Finance Services – Marketing and Communications submissions page. Please read this page thoroughly as the steps below will help us, help you.

Fill these out as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Remember the following information:

The only official way to submit a request is through the webform. Office drop-ins, hall stops, emails, or Teams messages are not a valid form of request.

Web Requests

Submit a web edit/update request for an edit or an update to a divisional website. This includes content edits, graphic edits, new pages, page removal, etc.

 

Email Requests

Submit an email request to send an email to a specified population.

  • Email requests must be completed in full. You will not be able to submit the form without all of the required information.
  • Email requests must be submitted at least five working days before the date of distribution.

 

Review Requests

Submit a review request for PowerPoint presentations, email content, PDFs, forms, etc.

  • Review requests must be completed in full.
  • Review requests must be submitted with all of the required content.
  • Review requests must be submitted at least five working days before your deadline.

 

General Project Requests

Submit a general project request for all other items that need attention from marketing and communications. This may include, but is not limited to, print items, digital items, banners, etc. 

  • General project requests must be submitted at least 15-20 working days before the item needs to go to print or be launched digitally. This allows time for queuing and execution. Please plan accordingly for your timelines.
  • General project requests must be completed in full. You will not be able to submit the form without all of the required information. Please be descriptive with what you need and provide appropriate assets and QR codes that need to be on the piece. Incomplete submissions may be returned for resubmission.
  • General project requests must be submitted with all of the required content. The only exception to this rule is names or honorees that you will not know three weeks in advance. You will need to give a date when the additional information will be submitted, which should be at least one week before the due date.
  • If your general project request has more than one part or is more in-depth, we will likely schedule a meeting with you to discuss the project.
  • When your requested deliverables are sent to you for review, look them over carefully. Is everything spelled correctly? Are the dates and times correct? Did you test the tx.ag link or the QR code? Do not wait until the day you need to send to print or post on social media to review the item, as your revisions will not be completed in time.

If your general project request has multiple components (for example, you need digital signage, a banner and a calendar) please submit these as separate requests.
