Greetings from VP & CFO Terry Pankratz

Welcome to the Division of Finance. I am honored to lead an excellent organization that is constantly striving to exceed customer needs. We are working towards a culture of continuous improvement, based on measurement, process analysis and systematic improvements all aimed at a single outcome-being the best organization we can possibly be. With continuous improvement as the foundation of our operations, the Division of Finance will ably support the University's quest to be one of the nation's top ten public institutions of higher education by 2020.

As an employee-centric, customer-focused organization, we challenged staff throughout the division to collaboratively define and embrace who we are (our mission), where we are headed (our vision), and how we will conduct ourselves (our core values) as we provide excellent service to our customers and stakeholders.

The Division of Finance provides financial, human resources, and operational services in support of the academic, research, and service mission of Texas A&M University.
