Tuition and Fee Late After Dates for Summer Session I & II
Summer Session I
May 21: All payments are due by this date.
May 23:Tuition and Fees for students who register on or prior to May 23, 2008 must be paid no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2008 or you will be subject to a $100 Late Registration Charge.
REMEMBER: Student account statements are online at AggiE-Pay. It is the student's responsibility to review their account for charges just prior to due dates even though Student Business Services also sends notifications to the student's NEO email account.
May 30::Tuition and Fees for undergraduate and graduate students who register or add courses or options between May 27, 2008 and May 30, 2008 must be paid no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2008 or your courses may be cancelled and there will be a $200 Late Registration Charge to re-enroll. This also applies to students who registered on or prior to May 21, 2008 but did not meet the May 21, 2008 late after date.
Remember: Adding additional courses or options could change the amount needed to pay to prevent cancellation of courses and assessment of late registration charges. Adding courses after making a payment may change the amount due. Student Business Services will send notification to the student's NEO account when there is activity on the student's account. You can access your account by using MyRecord or AggiE-Pay. Failure to pay for additional courses or options could result in cancellation of classes and late registration charges.
June 16:Per the state education code, tuition and fees for undergraduate and graduate students must be paid or student will be assessed a late payment penalty of $25.00 and their classes will be cancelled.
Calculations done in May are for the 5-week summer session as well as 10-week summer session classes and posted to student accounts.
Summer Session II classes are calculated separately, typically this occurs in mid-June so if you attend both Summer Session I and II your student billing will get updated two separate times. After Summer Session II is calculated you will have one combined bill for all summer sessions.
Summer Session II
June 26: All payments are due by this date
July 3: Tuition and Fees for undergraduate and graduate students who register on or prior to July 1 must be paid no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2008 or you will be subject to a $100 Late Registration Charge.
July 8: Tuition and Fees for undergraduate and graduate students who register or add courses or options between July 1, 2008 and July 8, 2008 must be paid no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 or your courses may be cancelled and there will be a $200 Late Registration Charge to re-enroll. This also applies to students who registered for Summer Session II courses on or prior to June 26, 2008 but did not meet the June 26, 2008 late after date.
July 22: Per the state education code, tuition and fees for undergraduate and graduate students must be paid or student will be assessed a late payment penalty of $25.00 and their classes will be cancelled.
August 4: Last Day of the Semester-Tuition and Fees not paid by this date will be assessed a $50.00 late payment penalty and is subject to a reinstatement fee.
