Payment Options

  1. Payment by mail to our lockbox at:
    Student Business Services
    Cashiers
    P.O. Box 40004
    College Station, TX 77842-0004
    Be sure to include your UIN (Universal Identification Number) and/or DOB (Date of Birth).

  2. Payment while on campus:
    • Paying by check you can drop your payment in our dropbox located on the south east side of the building by the parking garage. Be sure and include your UIN (Universal Identification Number) and/or DOB (Date of Birth) and indicate that the payment is for a loan..
    • Paying with cash you can pay our cashiers Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m. in Suite 2801 of the General Services Complex

  3. Payment by ACH (Automatic Debit Authorization). Authorize our department to take your payment out of your bank account monthly. The best "no hassle" option. Obtain Automatic Debit Authorization Form here.
