Is there anything else I should know?

A protective ID card sleeve will be provided (while supplies last) when you receive your Aggie Card. This use of this sleeve will help extend the life of your Aggie Card.

Listed below are some dos and don'ts about using your Aggie Card:

  • Do know where your Aggie Card is at all times.
  • Do carry your card with you.
  • Do come in and get a new ID if yours is not working properly. There is no charge for replacing an old, worn ID. However, there is an $12 replacement fee for lost or misused IDs (see #4).
  • Don't mistreat your Aggie Card. While the Aggie Card can serve many functions, there are some things it was not designed to do (ice scraper, lock pick, etc).
  • Don't alter the appearance of your Aggie Card. This includes, but is not limited to: writing on, hole punching in, scratching information off of the Aggie Card.
  • Don't allow someone else to use your Aggie Card. Possession of another student's ID card may be considered a violation of University regulations and could subject both the user and the card owner to disciplinary action.
