Due to the substantial number of public information requests submitted to Texas A&M University, this office is unable to accommodate unscheduled meetings regarding requests.

• An appointment can be scheduled to discuss a request for public information by calling 979/862-7777 or you may provide comments in writing using the contact information above.
• If scheduling an appointment, please provide a specific subject to be discussed. This enables the appropriate background information to be gathered in advance.
• Please provide dates and times that you can be available and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule. You will be contacted as soon as possible with the place and time of the meeting. Confirmation will be provided via U. S. Mail unless other contact information is provided.
