How to Change Travel Card Administrator

  • Online Cardholder training and subsequent test must be completed prior to assigning a new Card Administrator to an exisiting Travel Card. Click here to begin the training session.  The training session and test will take about 30 minutes to complete.
  • Complete the following Travel Card Agreement/Application. Please review this Agreement/Application prior to completing training.
    • Complete the application and have the cardholder read the agreement and sign
    • Route to the department head or delegate for approval
    • Then mail to FMO-Payment/Travel Card App Processing MS 6000
  • FMO will then enter the Card Aministrator in Pathway Net replacing the prior admin. A confirmation email will be sent to the new Card Administrator.
  • This email will contain a check list that should be referenced when using the Travel card.
