About Us
The Budget Office coordinates the preparation and administration of the Texas A&M University Annual Operating Budget, including all supporting schedules and analysis.
- Prepare the annual budget calendar and coordinate policies and procedures with the Office of the Provost, Office of Employee Services, BPP and other applicable departments.
- Administer the annual budget preparation cycle including annual salary changes
- Provide budget training and assistance to the university community
Maintain the revised budget throughout the current fiscal year and approve any budget changes or additional funding requests.
Coordinate the preparation of the biennial Legislative Appropriation Request for Texas A&M University.
Provide detailed reporting and analysis to the Executive Associate Vice President for Finance and the Vice President For Finance & CFO in support of strategic financial planning and decision making.
Respond to requests for financial data from the Texas A&M University System Office, state, federal, and other agencies and organizations.
Participate on and provide guidance to various permanent and ad hoc university committees;
